About the role
You will provide technical leadership for video-surveillance deployments at live events, collaborating with Rental National Account Managers (RNAMs), Project Managers, and customers. From equipment deployment to return, you will execute the installation plan, deliver technical support, and ensure the Statement of Work (SOW) is followed.
Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down temporary video-surveillance systems at large live-event venues.
- Install and troubleshoot Avigilon camera systems.
- Configure and manage video analytics and rules throughout an event.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during events.
- Make real-time decisions to resolve technical camera and system issues and meet customer needs.
- De-escalate customer conflicts when they arise.
- Drive an event truck and trailer to and from events.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the live-event industry; experience at music festivals, concerts, or professional sporting events is preferred.
- Technical acumen in video surveillance is preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive a 5th-wheel truck and trailer to/from events and park in narrow spaces at customer venues.
- Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
