Live Action Omelet Cook / Multi-Location Cook

Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare made-to-order omelets and egg dishes during live-action service events
• SUPPORT general cooking duties at multiple locations as scheduled
• SET UP and BREAK DOWN omelet stations and kitchen work areas
• PREPARE food using high-quality ingredients and present it in an appealing manner
• TAKE guest orders and provide friendly, professional service
• MaintAIN clean and organized workstations; WASH and SANITIZE on-site equipment
• FOLLOW all food safety and sanitation regulations
• ASSIST with inventory monitoring and restocking as needed
• PERFORM SUPPORTIVE tasks during DAILY KITCHEN OPENING and CLOSING procedures
• ASSIST with TEAM MEMBER needs and OPERATIONAL requirements as directed

Qualifications

• PREVIOUS experience as a cook, omelet cook, or in a similar culinary role preferred
• VALID Food Handler’s Certificate (ServSafe preferred)
• STRONG knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation
• EXCELLENT time management and organizational skills
• FLEXIBILITY to work at multiple locations and VARYED schedules
• Able to MEET physical demands, including standing for long periods and LIFTING up to 40 lbs
