Little Medical School Instructor
About Us
Little Medical School is looking for energetic, engaging instructors to teach hands-on medical and STEM programs to kids ages 3–14! This is a fun, flexible role where you’ll lead interactive classes, use real (age-appropriate) medical tools, and inspire kids through role-playing and hands-on learning.
What You’ll Do
- Teach preschools, after-school programs, camps, and special events
- Lead fun, interactive lessons using provided curriculum
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
Schedule
Coaches will typically work 6–10 hours per week, with availability needed primarily during weekday mornings and afternoons. Classes are held across preschools/day-care centers, parks, and recreational centers. Teachers are expected to travel up to 30 minutes to get to a class location. We have schools in the following cities: Frisco, Prosper, The Colony, McKinney, Celina, Little Elm and North Plano.
Compensation
Teachers earn $20–$30 per hour.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, babysitting, etc.)
- Energetic, reliable, and comfortable leading a group
- Strong communication skills
Bonus (not required): Background in healthcare, education, or science; Pre-med, nursing, or education students; Drama/theater experience
