About the role

Little Caesars Team Member plays an essential role in delivering fast, friendly service and high-quality food to every guest. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing products according to company standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting daily store operations. Team Members work collaboratively to ensure each shift runs smoothly and that every customer has a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Take orders accurately in person and over the phone.
• Prepare pizzas, Crazy Bread, wings, and other menu items according to Little Caesars recipes and standards.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, dough sheeters, and cash registers safely and correctly.
• Maintain product quality by following portioning, cooking times, and food safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and customer spaces clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Aid in opening and closing duties, including counting cash, cleaning, and preparing the store for the next shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Must be able to stand during the entire work shift
• Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products
• Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows
• Must be able to travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn and follow company procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Schedule

This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Weekly hours will vary depending on business needs.
