About The Role

As a Litigation Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the forensic accounting and litigation support services team. This role is ideal for an experienced forensic professional who wants to grow into a testifying expert. You will lead engagements involving marital dissolution, equitable distribution, and related financial matters, working directly alongside senior experts and litigation counsel.

  • Manage forensic accounting engagements in family law matters, including equitable distribution analyses, income determination, lifestyle/needs analyses, and asset tracing.
  • Prepare and review financial schedules, reports, and exhibits designed to withstand adversarial scrutiny.
  • Support and progressively assume expert witness responsibilities, including deposition and trial testimony, under the mentorship of established testifying experts.
  • Cook up and coordinate directly with attorneys across the engagement lifecycle.
  • Supervise and develop associate-level staff.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA required; CFF, CVA, CFE or ABV certification highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in forensic accounting and/or litigation support, with meaningful exposure to family law matters.
  • Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for developing into a testifying expert role.
  • Strong technical writing and command of relevant professional standards.
  • Local to South Florida area (in-office presence at Fort Lauderdale/Plantation).
