Litigation Specialist
The Litigation Specialist - Business, commercial, trust & estate, or real estate litigation role is seeking an experienced professional to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
About the role
This position requires a strong command of California civil procedure, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting attorneys through complex litigation matters, from case inception through trial and appeal.
Responsibilities
- Manage court filings and coordinate case deadlines
- Cover discovery efforts and assist with trial preparation
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of civil litigation experience in California
- Prior experience in a fast-paced plaintiff-side or defense litigation environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and court rules
Qualifications
- Strong command of California civil procedure
- Exceptional organizational skills
