Litigation Paralegal II
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content.

Consider Applying Here, If You Want To Work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment with a chance to make an impact. Develop lasting relationships with great people. Have the opportunity to build a satisfying career. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members." This is generic description; could be About the role.
- Responsibilities: The paragraph after "The Litigation Paralegal II is responsible for providing a high level of legal support..." includes many duties. We'll list as - .
- Requirements: There's "Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be available to work onsite in Diamond Bar Monday through Thursday." Also maybe "Minimum Qualifications" etc. But we have Qualifications section separate.
- Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications listed.
- Skills: Competencies list.
- Benefits: described.
- Pay: "Typical Compensation Range Pay Rate Type: Salary $82,011.54 - $118,916.74 / Yearly"
- Schedule: Not explicitly given besides "Must be available to work onsite in Diamond Bar Monday through Thursday." That's schedule info (Monday-Thursday onsite). Could be Schedule section.
We need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO, legal disclaimer, application instructions, cookie/navigation, duplicated lines. Also remove "Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list..." maybe that's boilerplate; we can drop.
Also remove "Consider Applying Here" maybe not needed but it's part of intro; we can keep as prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities, qualifications, competencies, benefits, pay, schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:

Pay
Typical Compensation Range Pay Rate Type: Salary $82,011.54 - $118,916.74 / Yearly
Schedule
Must be available to work onsite in Diamond Bar Monday through Thursday.
We need to ensure we didn't duplicate schedule (already in Requirements). Could combine but it's okay to have both. However we might avoid duplication: maybe move schedule to Requirements and not repeat. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having both Requirements and Schedule may be thin. Could merge schedule into Requirements. Let's combine: Requirements section includes both minimal supervision and schedule. Then we can drop separate Schedule section.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Education, Benefits, Pay.
Check if Education is needed: It's substantive. Yes.
Now ensure no boilerplate: removed EEO lines, legal disclaimer, "Consider Applying Here" maybe we kept but it's okay. Also removed "Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list..." etc.
Check for any duplicated lines: we have "Must be able to work with minimal supervision." appears only once in Requirements. Good.
Check for any placeholders like "N/A": we have Education Preferred: N/A. That's placeholder; maybe we should omit that line if it's just N/A. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Education, we have Preferred: N/A. That's filler; we could omit that line. Similarly for Certification/License Preferred: N/A. We can omit those lines.
Thus Education section: Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree with Paralegal Certificate. Certification/License Required: Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution. We can
