About the role

The Litigation Graphics Consultant designs, develops, and maintains creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedings. This role involves creating and producing timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts. Responsibilities also include video editing, format conversions, Audio Visual system setup, support, and take down, as well as basic IT support.

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts for litigation proceedings.
  • Edit videos and convert formats as needed.
  • Support Audio Visual systems during trials.
  • Provide basic IT support, including managing printers, networking, and connectivity.
  • Work with client experts and third-party witnesses to refine graphics.
  • Interpret data to create graphical representations of information.
  • Use MS Office PowerPoint 2019 and Adobe Creative Suite to create and modify mockups for web-based platforms.
  • Provide realistic estimates of the time required to develop specific graphics requests.
  • Meet all established deadlines and provide 24/7 availability during the trial.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint, and experience with WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver.
  • Ability to create, design, and modify mockups for web-based platforms.
  • Ability to self-manage projects and work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate willingly and effectively in a team setting.
  • Based in the Bay area to avoid time zone issues.

Skills
