Litigation Attorney Fluent in Spanish
About the Role
We are seeking a California-licensed attorney fluent in Spanish with at least three years of civil litigation experience for a contract litigation position. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States on either a part-time or full-time basis. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial/business litigation, employment law, or personal injury matters, and will have assisted with or handled written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, or trial preparation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience in litigation
- Fluent in Spanish
- Experience working on commercial/business, employment, or personal injury matters
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
- Licensed in California
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
Pay
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $175,000 to $205,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
