Litigation Attorney - Collin County, TX

About the role

The Senior Attorney will be joining Clark Hill's Litigation business unit in Collin County, TX. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of litigation practice experience and an active Texas bar license.

Responsibilities

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Experience working with e-discovery software
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Pay

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $215,000-$225,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.
