The Co-Managing Attorney will have the opportunity to handle cases from intake through verdict, while partnering with ownership on the day-to-day management and long-term direction of the firm.

  • Help shape and implement the firm's short- and long-term growth strategy
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop case managers, paralegals, and litigation support staff
  • Help establish best practices, improve processes, and maintain a high level of client service
  • Serve as a senior leader and trusted partner in building the firm's culture and reputation

Requirements

  • Substantial personal injury litigation experience, with the ability to manage cases from pre-suit through trial
  • First-chair trial experience strongly preferred
  • Strong deposition, negotiation, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
  • Prior leadership, supervisory, or law firm management experience preferred or demonstrated readiness to step into a leadership role
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to think beyond individual cases
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine interest in helping build, grow, and shape a law firm

Pay

$150,000-$175,000 base salary, depending on experience

Benefits
