Litigation Attorney Champaign (0-10 Years) - Remote + Court | Central Illinois

Job Description

We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (0–10 years experience) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield). This is a primarily remote position, with in-person court appearances (typically 2–3 times per week). We are open to both experienced attorneys and junior attorneys seeking mentorship and hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation
• Attend court locally (approx. 2–3 times per week)
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support
• Grow into increased independence over time

We Are Seeking

• Experienced Attorneys (3+ years): Background in family law and/or civil litigation
  Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
• Junior Attorneys (0–3 Years): Licensed or awaiting bar results
  Interest in litigation and courtroom experience
  Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship

Benefits

• $75,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and workload
