Your Role
We're building a strong team where you take charge of case strategy and results in our plaintiff-side contingency work. You'll work with our in-house developers on tools and systems that improve your practice. We use HubSpot for managing clients, Trainual for handling processes, and Microsoft 365 for smooth daily work.
You'll move each case to its next key step. Our setup is hybrid (Minneapolis, Chicago, or remote), with regular full-time hours and some weekends when needed. We back it with EOS tools like Rocks and Scorecards to track what's working. We'll teach you employment law, so you can stick to your strength: sharp litigation that gets results.

- Strong litigation skills and delegation
- Buys into our set processes, like building and updating case plans and following our standard approach
- Show real drive in court appearances, trials, depositions, mediations, and appeals
- Be the go-to advisor for clients with steady updates; run negotiations to get the best value; and follow through with energy, straight talk, and reliability
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or Illinois
- Preferrably 2+ years in litigation (salary reflects experience and proven results)
