Tired of working for "the machine" of a bigger law firm with administrative overload, endless politics, and the soulless grind of over-the-top billable hour requirements? Bored of not spending more time "in the arena" and only pushing paper? We punch above our weight in handling sophisticated, high-stakes real estate and business disputes around the Bay Area and across the State of California. We provide small firm service and attention with big firm niche expertise, technology, and trial experience. We are looking for one or two full-time attorneys to join our team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of California litigation experience

Skills

• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage appropriately sized cases from inception through trial
• Deposition experience and training
• Strong teamwork and collaboration
