Litigation Attorney

We're seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney who thrives in a fast-paced practice, values excellence, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload involving commercial, business, municipal, construction, employment, and insurance defense litigation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in all phases of litigation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
• Utilize legal technology and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate time entries, file management, and compliance with firm standards.

Requirements

• Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial, business, construction, employment, municipal, or insurance defense litigation preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems.
• Outstanding communication, professionalism, and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated attorney with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the Alabama Bar.
