Key Responsibilities
- Draft and argue motions

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law and in good standing with the state bar
- Litigation experience preferred; insurance-related litigation experience is a plus
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
