Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in business, real estate, and general transactional matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Provide practical legal counsel to individuals and business clients.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Wisconsin Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written/oral communication skills.
• Interest in business law, real estate, and transactional practice.
• Recent law school graduates and entry-level attorneys are encouraged to apply.
