Litigation Attorney

Requirements

• Independently handle a busy personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials
• Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development

Responsibilities

• Experience: 3+ years of personal injury or relevant litigation experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy
• Jury trial experience is a strong plus

Compensation

• Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience
• Performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling
• One-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future
