Litigation Attorney

About the role

Ropers Majeski is seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with at least three years of commercial and general liability litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including motion writing, preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and written perpetuate depositions, analyzing professional liability coverage, and conducting legal research and analysis
• Experience in both state and federal court proceedings
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
• Handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• JD with excellent academic credentials
• Minimum of three years of experience working on general liability matters
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing

Pay

Base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience
