About the role
Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm specializing in creditors’ rights and real estate law. We provide full-service legal services at both the state and federal level in 19 states. This remote position supports our high-volume foreclosure practice and requires client contact along with a high-volume workload. License to practice law in South Carolina is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments
- Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensuring firm policies and procedures are followed
- Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
- Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
- Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
- Admitted to the South Carolina Bar for at least 5 years
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Creditors’ Rights
- Minimum of 2 years’ litigation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the South Carolina Bar
