• Medical records analysis
• Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity
• Drafting discovery and responding to discovery
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions
• Regularly attending court appearances
• Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
• Drafting motions for summary judgment
