About the role

The National law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their legal team in Boston.

Responsibilities

- Handle a broad range of litigation matters including commercial disputes, contract breaches, and other complex legal issues. - Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes. - Manage cases from inception through trial and appeal.

Requirements

• Jurisdictions’ Bar Admission and a valid law license.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in litigation or related legal practice.
• Proven experience managing complex litigation cases.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
