Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams
• Develop case strategy and support trial preparation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing
• 15 years of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience gained on either the plaintiff or defense side will be considered
