Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
- Guiding clients through the case process
- Interacting with expert witnesses, including scheduling conferences, drafting expert reports, and affidavits
- Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Kentucky
- Ability to manage high volumes of litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with a drive for long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
