Full job description

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
  • Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
  • Guiding clients through the case process
  • Interacting with expert witnesses, including scheduling conferences, drafting expert reports, and affidavits
  • Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications

  • Law degree from a fully accredited law school
  • An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Kentucky
  • Ability to manage high volumes of litigation cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a drive for long-term career goals
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
