About the role
MCCabe, Weisberg and Conway, LLC is a high volume, fast-paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and REO. As a Litigation Attorney in our Melville, NY office, you will have 5 years of Foreclosure litigation experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
- Attending hearings and status conferences
- Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
- Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the NY Bar
Qualifications
- Diverse/ minority candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking
