Responsibilities
- Draft litigation documents including: Complaints, Motions, Surrogate's Court petitions, Subpoenas and Deposition Notices
- Perform legal research to support litigation positions
- Conduct Depositions
Requirements
- Expertise in Law
- Experience in preparing Motions and presenting in Courts
- Able to conduct Trials and Depositions effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
