About the Role
In this role, you will ensure our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Additionally, you will prepare cases for trial and try them if needed.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrating compassion and earning their trust.

- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court if necessary.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
- Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience in evaluating claims.
