Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and fact investigation to identify potential claims and defenses.
• Draft, review, and revise various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Present oral arguments in court hearings and effectively cross-examine witnesses.
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with team members and clients, considering potential outcomes, risks, and costs.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes favorably and efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and sound legal advice.
• Stay abreast of current legal developments and changes in law that may affect clients' cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Ambition to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of challenging cases.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional legal writing and analysis skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
• Strong litigation experience, including trial, arbitration, and settlement negotiation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships and work collaboratively with a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
