About the role
Hancock, Daniel, & Johnson, P.C. is a comprehensive boutique health law firm providing one-stop legal services for healthcare clients across the U.S. The Johnson City office is expanding and is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and outstanding results to healthcare clients.
- Develop legal skills and career through direct client involvement and access to industry experts.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice or able to waive into Tennessee and/or Georgia.
- Addition licensure in Virginia or North Carolina is a plus!
- At least 2 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A drive for excellence and strong client service orientation.
