Litigation Attorney
About the role
This role sits inside our Tulsa office. You'll work side-by-side with our litigation team to tackle complex fact, legal, and logistical issues — managing cases from the claim process through trial. Our commitment to each client is a top daily priority, and we're looking for attorneys who share that same dedication.
Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial
- Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel
- Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the life of each case
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Bar license — required
- At least one year of personal injury litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
- Eligibility to obtain Missouri Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Growth & Leadership
- Guide and support a group of attorneys day-to-day
- Own strategy and performance across a practice area
- Shape the next generation of attorneys at the firm
- Help open and build offices as the firm expands
Benefits
- Uncapped earning potential: High performers earn above the range. Origination income adds directly on top — no ceiling.
- Origination from day one: One-third of the firm's fee on every case you bring in. No partnership track required.
- No billable hour requirements: Contingency practice — you focus on client outcomes, not clock entries.
- Dedicated support staff: Paralegals, case managers, and intake behind every attorney.
- Quarterly bonus: Performance bonuses paid every quarter — not just once at year end.
- 401(k) with 4% match: Fully matched up to 4% — above the law firm average.
- Full benefits from day one: Health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Sustainable caseloads: Realistic workloads by design. Long-term career, not a burnout cycle.
