Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
• Draft briefs, motions, and other key litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on sophisticated disputes

Requirements

• 3+ years of general litigation experience
• Licensed to practice in Washington
• Experience across multiple stages of litigation (commercial litigation preferred)
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work well with clients and manage responsibilities independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in long-term practice growth

$125,000 - $180,000 Base + Bonus
