About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Construction Law Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ construction law experience on transactional matters, including experience with the procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects.

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.

Multi-year experience working with public procurement and government contracts. Knowledge of commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction and Public-Private Partnerships (P3), a plus. Candidates with training in tax, economics, or corporations (such as an LLM or an MBA) are welcomed.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an associate health care attorney with 2+ years' experience to join our teams in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Qualified candidates will have broad knowledge of the health care industry, contracting, privacy and compliance. Experience with representation of hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters and operations is a plus, as is experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology.
