Litigation Attorney

The Litigation Attorney will play a pivotal role in managing civil litigation cases, particularly in insurance defense. This position requires a professional who is detail-oriented and capable of handling a caseload of 8 to 30 cases while providing support to partners and clients. The attorney will engage in client interactions, court appearances, and the comprehensive management of cases from inception to resolution. Responsibilities

• Support 1-2 partners with assigned cases
• Manage a caseload of 8-30 cases
• Handle cases from start to finish after training
• Engage in client interactions
• Attend court appearances
• Work on a mix of Nevada and California cases

Requirements

• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense experience is preferred
• Barred in California and Nevada, or just in Nevada, with a willingness to work on California cases
• Moot court experience is a plus
• Strong writing skills are essential
• The ability to work independently is preferred
