Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Perform litigation management and outside counsel management.
• Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
• The ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation matters.
• Active bar license in the state in which you reside.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database management of litigation materials.
• Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload.
• Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis.

Pay

• The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
• Certification decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
