Responsibilities
- Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Perform litigation management and outside counsel management.
- Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
- The ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation matters.
- Active bar license in the state in which you reside.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with database management of litigation materials.
- Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload.
- Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis.
Pay
- The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
- Certification decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
