Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an integral member of a multidisciplinary litigation team handling sophisticated matters across a variety of regulatory and industry sectors
- Manage and support litigation matters involving federal and state regulatory and administrative law issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client objectives
- Participate in discovery, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients, contributing to case strategy and execution
- Assist with related non-litigation matters, including regulatory and administrative issues, as needed
- Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving federal and state regulatory or administrative law matters
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a dynamic setting
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission as needed)
