Litigation Associate – Tort Practice Group

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, attending court conferences, and preparing cases for trial. Product liability, toxic tort, and warranty experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in all phases of litigation

• Out of state candidates willing to sit for the Kentucky bar exam, or eligible for admission in Kentucky

• Strong academic background
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• A license to practice in Kentucky and familiarity with the Kentucky state and federal court system
