We Are Seeking An Associate With 2-3 Years Of Experience To Join The Expanding Litigation Team.
Responsibilities
- Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive legal issues
- Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules
- Participate in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Qualifications
- Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $150,000 – $170,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
