Litigation Associate - Reno, NV
About the role
Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our litigation practice in Reno, NV. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in written discovery, including e-Discovery
- Command of the Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure
- Oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements
- At least 3 years of litigation practice experience
- An active Nevada bar license
- Clerkship experience is preferred

- Strong academic credentials
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $175,000 - $185,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
Schedule
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
