Litigation Associate - Manchester, NH

About the role

The ideal candidate will have three (3) to seven (7) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes
• Writing and filing pleadings and motions
• Managing discovery practice, including e-discovery
• Preparing for and attending depositions and court appearances

Requirements

• Admission to New Hampshire Bar
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Problem-solving skills and judgment
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
