About the role
The ideal candidate will have three (3) to seven (7) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Representing clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes
- Writing and filing pleadings and motions
- Managing discovery practice, including e-discovery
- Preparing for and attending depositions and court appearances
Requirements
- Admission to New Hampshire Bar
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Problem-solving skills and judgment
- Entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
