Litigation Associate (Complex Business)
Job Details
We are seeking a skilled litigation associate with 2+ years of experience to join our commercial litigation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting written and document discovery, including review and analysis of electronically stored information
- Drafting pleadings, memoranda, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions
- Aiding in witness preparation and trial strategy
- Performing legal research and providing strategic recommendations
- Collaborating closely with partners and clients while also managing independent responsibilities
- Participating in high-stakes matters
Qualifications
- Admission to the MA, NY or CT Bar required
- 4–5 years of relevant litigation experience in law firm or clerkship settings
- Strong analytical, writing, and case-management skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
