Requirements

• Litigation experience involving construction defect is preferred but not required; compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
• Trial experience a plus
• Excellent references and a record of job stability
• Member of the Texas bar in good standing

Pay

KF offers competitive base compensation from $115,000 - $200,000, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
