Your Role as an Associate Attorney
- Review essential legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage a large caseload independently
- Make court appearances
- Manage clients
- Attend conferences
- Some travel
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with our dedicated staff on various litigation activities
- Draft discovery requests and responses, ensuring all legal bases are covered
- Calendar and monitor all deadlines
- Provide timely and effective advice to clients
- Navigate complex legal landscapes through clear communication with opposing attorneys and clients
What Matters Most
- The ability to manage a large caseload effectively
- A critical writing style, ensuring legal documents resonate well with both clients and the court
- Prior experience in litigation, appraisal, and valuation issues
- Strong analytical skills to identify and assess complex issues
