About the role
A mid-sized, full-service law firm seeks a high-performing litigation associate for a growing Wilmington-based commercial litigation practice.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting
- Prioritize and manage a demanding caseload
- Practice before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court
- Provide sophisticated legal counsel with a practical, business-oriented approach
- Collaborate with industry-focused teams to deliver tailored, strategic solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting
- Strong academic credentials and sophisticated legal writing skills
- Excellent research, communication, and analytical abilities
- Active admission to the Delaware Bar
