Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of litigation matters including product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, and insurance defense.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage discovery process.
• Conduct depositions.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Work closely with partners and other associates to prepare and try cases.
• Provide legal advice to clients and advise on risk management.
• Participate in business development efforts, including client meetings and networking events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting clients and the legal profession.
• Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the TX State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney with a focus on product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, or insurance defense.
• Proven track record of successfully litigating cases and managing client relationships.
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Experience with legal research tools and e-discovery platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
