Responsibilities

• Drafting and arguing motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Managing an active litigation docket with substantial autonomy
• Participating in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicating directly with clients and contributing to litigation strategy
• Assisting with and participating in trial work commensurate with experience

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–7 years of experience
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Experience handling substantive litigation matters
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Active bar admission in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. (multiple admissions considered a plus)
