Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including trial and appeal where applicable
- Develop and execute case strategies in complex litigation matters across multiple practice areas
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including document-intensive cases and coordination with expert witnesses
- Conduct and defend depositions, and prepare clients, fact witnesses, and experts for testimony
- Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs
- Appear in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings
- Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on high-exposure matters and trial preparation
- Evaluate opportunities for early resolution and develop creative strategies to achieve efficient outcomes for clients

- Personal injury and products liability litigation
- Medical and professional malpractice defense
- Partnership and shareholder disputes in closely held businesses
- Labor and employment litigation, including restrictive covenant disputes
- Commercial and contract litigation
- Insurance coverage disputes
- Construction litigation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in New Jersey (or ability to obtain)
- Approximately 3–7+ years of litigation experience
- Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage complex cases with attention to detail and strategic insight
- Trial experience or exposure strongly preferred
