Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including trial and appeal where applicable
• Develop and execute case strategies in complex litigation matters across multiple practice areas
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including document-intensive cases and coordination with expert witnesses
• Conduct and defend depositions, and prepare clients, fact witnesses, and experts for testimony
• Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs
• Appear in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings
• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on high-exposure matters and trial preparation
• Evaluate opportunities for early resolution and develop creative strategies to achieve efficient outcomes for clients

• Partnership and shareholder disputes in closely held businesses
• Labor and employment litigation, including restrictive covenant disputes
• Commercial and contract litigation
• Insurance coverage disputes
• Construction litigation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in New Jersey (or ability to obtain)
• Approximately 3–7+ years of litigation experience
• Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage complex cases with attention to detail and strategic insight
• Trial experience or exposure strongly preferred
