About the Role
Our client is a Pennsylvania law firm with over 20 attorneys, specializing in litigation. Their work includes transportation law, products and toxic tort liability defense, insurance coverage disputes, railroad litigation, maritime law, commercial and consumer contract disputes, administrative law, construction litigation, civil rights and constitutional law claims, environmental damage and remediation issues, professional liability claims, premises liability claims and retail and restaurant industry liability claims.
Responsibilities
- Experience in, or a desire to learn, civil litigation, specifically insurance defense.
- Courtroom experience
Requirements
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing with the PA bar.
