Litigation Associate Attorney

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients in a wide range of complex insurance defense matters, including, but not limited to, general liability, premises liability, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters.

Responsibilities

- Draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda. - Represent national and international insurance clients in complex insurance defense matters. - Participate in business development efforts.

Requirements

- Must be admitted to the New York bar in good standing. - Civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts. - Strong academic credentials. - Ability to participate in business development efforts.

Pay

Estimated $140,000 to $180,000 annually. The estimated salary range displayed is specifically for those applicants who will perform work in New York.
