Qualifications
- Four to six (4-6) years of litigation experience
- A background in labor and employment, civil rights law, or education law is preferred
- Experience including 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VI, Title IX, Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and Texas Labor Code Chapter 21
- Motivated self-starters with a solid academic record
- Effective writing and communication skills
- A commitment and desire to work efficiently on legal matters
- Strong research and writing skills
- A broad knowledge base of employment issues
