Litigation Associate
About the role
Thompson & Horton LLP seeks an associate with four to six (4-6) years of litigation experience for their Austin office. A background in labor and employment, civil rights law, or education law is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience including 42 U.S.C. 1983, Title VI, Title IX, Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and Texas Labor Code Chapter 21. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with a solid academic record, effective writing and communication skills, as well as a commitment and desire to work efficiently on legal matters. Strong research and writing skills and a broad knowledge base of employment issues are required.
Responsibilities
